What is Psychosynthesis?Psychosynthesis is a framework for discovering, exploring, and integrating the many dimensions of the human being. It combines both Eastern and Western traditions, providing a broad, dynamic perspective on the human being and the Universe. The aim of Psychosynthesis is to clear the path to the True Self and give it expression in day to day life.
Psychosynthesis was first articulated by Roberto Assagioli in the early part of the last century. He spent 50 years of his life defining and refining his vision of the human being, outlining means whereby individuals and groups could develop themselves. Over his lifetime, Assagioli trained many therapists and educators in his philosophy, theory and methods. Today there are dozens of Psychosynthesis centers around the world. Psychosynthesis is alive and growing!
